The award for Most Meta Halloween Costume EVER goes to Kim Kardashian who dressed up as… Kim Kardashian! And you know what? It worked. 

The oh-so-pregnant reality star donned the same iconic dress that she wore to the Met Ball in 2013 when she was pregnant with her daughter North West, proving once again that Kim K’s sense of humor is as on point as her sense of style.
